1. Use of the Service

You are responsible for ensuring that the information, images, product data, and other content you upload or submit through the Service are accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use them.
You may not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. AI-Generated Content
BigBid AI uses artificial intelligence to help identify products and generate information such as product titles, descriptions, estimated retail prices, listing details, and suggested bidding or selling prices.
AI-generated results may contain errors, incomplete information, or inaccurate estimates. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing, selling, bidding, exporting, or otherwise using it.
BigBid AI does not guarantee the accuracy of product identification, pricing information, descriptions, or other AI-generated results.
4. Paid Services and Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal information, and applicable limits are displayed at the time of purchase or in your account billing settings.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription through the available billing or account management options. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically provide a refund for previously paid subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
5. Usage Limits
Service plans may include limits on the number of items, AI analyses, exports, users, or other features available during a billing period.
Usage limits may vary depending on your subscription plan.
Unused usage allowances do not automatically carry over to future billing periods unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service without authorization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, networks, or security systems.
- Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or improperly access the Service.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.
- Use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or improperly extract proprietary technology from the Service.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the images, product information, and other content you submit to the Service.
You grant BigBid AI permission to process that content as necessary to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use all submitted content.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

BigBid AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated product information, pricing estimates, listing recommendations, or other results.
Users are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it for business, auction, resale, or purchasing decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigBid AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from inaccurate AI-generated information, incorrect product identification, pricing errors, lost sales, lost profits, lost data, or interruption of business.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
